Your personal data may be transferred to the United States and other countries. For transfers outside the EU/EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses are used.

Our company is established in the United States and all technical infrastructure providers used are located outside Turkey. By submitting the form you consent to the international transfer of your data as described.

5. Retention Period

• Enquiries that do not result in a service relationship: 24 months from the date of application
• Client data: For the statutory retention periods following the end of the contractual relationship
• Measurement data: In accordance with the retention policies of the relevant platforms

At the end of the applicable period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Analytics and marketing cookies mean your data is processed by Google and Meta outside Turkey, including in the United States. This transfer happens only with your consent; see section 4 for details.
