1. Service Provider

This website and digital marketing services are provided by Kaldan Digital Consulting LLC. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Kaldan Digital provides digital marketing services for the education and service sectors, including: Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, lead generation strategies, content and creative production, and sales & DM management.

The specific scope of services is detailed in the service agreement signed at the outset.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are collected monthly in advance.
  • Payment must be made before the service start date or on the specified invoice date.
  • Services may be suspended in the event of late payment.
  • All payments are processed via Stripe; payment security is provided by Stripe.

4. Client Obligations

For effective service delivery, the client must provide:

  • Necessary access permissions to advertising accounts
  • Timely loading of the monthly advertising budget into the ad account
  • Required images, videos, and brand materials for content production
  • Timely feedback on strategy revisions and reports

5. Intellectual Property

All content, ad copy, creatives, and strategic documents produced by Kaldan Digital remain the property of Kaldan Digital until payment is completed. After payment is completed, the client gains the right to use the relevant content.

All rights to brand materials, logos, and visual content provided by the client remain with the client.

6. Confidentiality and Data Security

Client information and advertising account data are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing 30 days' written notice. For cancellation policy details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaldan Digital cannot be held liable for performance changes caused by policy changes or technical failures of advertising platforms (Meta, Google). Ad spend is collected directly from the client's advertising account; Kaldan Digital is not an intermediary for such spending.
